Thank you for considering East Lake Animal Clinic for your pet’s care. Below is our list of policies and procedures.
- We are accepting new clients at this time. New clients will require a deposit to schedule an appointment, which will be applied toward your first visit. If you miss your first appointment the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to reschedule.
- We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours we require a deposit to reschedule. This deposit is applied toward the rescheduled visit. If the rescheduled appointment is missed, the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to reschedule.
- Please bring all dogs into the clinic on a leash or in a carrier if appropriate.
- Please bring all cats into the clinic in a carrier.
- Please inform us ahead of time if your pet has any behavioral or special needs so we can accommodate them properly.
